Welcome to East Metro Family Counseling (EMFC). I am Mitch Leppicello, owner of EMFC.

I have been practicing clinical social work in the Twin Cities East Metro area for nearly 20 years. As a Clinical Social Worker, I meet with individuals and families to carefully and quickly determine your needs and problems that may be negatively affecting your life or that of others important to you. I specialize in the area of clinical social work and the assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders. I provide specialized services to individuals with Asperger's Syndrome.

Health insurance is important for people yet sometimes confusing as the coverage and amounts owed at times of service or after service has been completed. I hope the Provider Information tab will help remedy any barriers to seeking counseling services at EMFC. I am a preferred provider with several, but not all health insurance plans. I take pride in knowing the community in which EMFC is located as well as the resources and services of the even bigger mental health community in the state.
